How often is data refreshed?
All information on bus locations and ETAs are in near real-time. The Live Map page is refreshed each 30-seconds, as cellular signals permit, so the actual bus may be arriving slightly earlier than what is shown here. It is important for riders to be waiting at the bus stop at the standard time and before the Live Map shows the bus arriving.
What if I lose something on the bus?
Contact MATS immediately to report a lost item. Be prepared with the Bus or Route number, as well as the date and time you lost the item and a detailed description of it. Phone 231-724-6420 or email contact@matsbus.com. You may also inquire at the Herman Ivory Terminal desk, as that is where lost and found items are handled. Items left longer than 30 days may be discarded.
